My name is Lucy, and I have been a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio since 2017. I began my nursing career in the cardiovascular intensive care unit before transitioning into Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, I have gained extensive medical experience that has shaped my approach to patient care and helped me build the foundation for Lucy’s Laser & Medspa. 

My passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine began from personal experience. After struggling for years with severe acne and scarring, I tried countless topical treatments, oral medications, and skincare products with little success. It wasn’t until I discovered laser therapy that my skin — and my confidence — truly transformed. That experience inspired a deep passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. 

As my interest in aesthetics grew, I completed advanced training in Botox and dermal fillers and quickly realized this was more than just a career path — it was a calling. I knew it was time to combine my medical background, passion for aesthetics, and vision for patient-centered care to create Lucy’s Laser & Medspa. 

Building this business has become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. What began as a dream rooted in patient care quickly evolved into a passion for entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. I have loved every aspect of creating and growing a business from the ground up — from designing a welcoming space for patients, to building a team culture centered around compassion and excellence, to continuously investing in education, technology, and advanced treatment options. 

As an entrepreneur, I am deeply motivated by growth and driven to stay ahead in the ever-evolving aesthetic industry. I enjoy training and mentoring my staff, developing new ideas for the practice, and creating an environment where both patients and employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. Owning a business has challenged me in ways I never expected and has pushed me to grow not only professionally, but personally as well. 

Outside of the office, I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children who keep our family busy with activities and adventures. When I am not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, reading, exercising, cooking, volunteering at my children’s school, or wrapped in a blanket watching Real Housewives.  

At Lucy’s Laser & Medspa, I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to aesthetics and wellness. Whether your goals include weight loss, acne treatment, skin rejuvenation, or reversing signs of aging, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way. 

My mission is to provide personalized, compassionate care while helping every patient achieve confidence, self-love, and natural-looking results they feel proud of. 

Megan has been a Registered Nurse since 2017, earning her BSN from Kent State University.  She began her nursing career in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep passion for patient care. While she no longer practices at the bedside, her ICU experience continues to shape her attention to detail, safety, and patient-centered approach 

Since 2024, Megan has been a dedicated aesthetic nurse injector at Lucy’s Laser & MedSpa, where she has combined her medical expertise with an artistic eye. She is a certified through the Aesthetic Medical Education Training Center in Columbus and has advanced training with leading companies including Allergan and Galderma. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and refreshed, while maintaining natural, beautiful results.  

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, their Corgi,Charlotte, and their newest addition—her sweet baby boy, Callahan. She is overjoyed to be a Mother and cannot wait to watch her son grow. She loves summertime and can often be found walking or relaxing by the pool (SPF always on!). 

Megan first came to Lucy’s Laser & MedSpa as a patient herself, seeking hope and help for severe acne and pigmentation. After experiencing firsthand how transformative the treatments were, it truly changed her life. Now, as a provider, she is passionate about helping her own patients feel that same confidence and empowerment on their journey. Every version of you deserves to feel beautiful. 🤍 

Sarah is a Registered Nurse who earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lakeland Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Her background in nursing includes caring for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and bone marrow stem cell transplant needs, where she learned the importance of compassion, trust, and truly connecting with people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. 

Sarah has found her passion in aesthetic medicine as part of the team at Lucy's Laser & Medspa. She loves combining her medical knowledge with her passion for beauty to help patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is building relationships with her patients and being part of their self-care journey — helping them look and feel like the best version of themselves. 

Sarah is a certified nurse injector through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and has completed advanced training with Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma. She is dedicated to continued education and providing natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s individual goals. 

Outside of work, Sarah is usually busy keeping up with her daughter, Payton, and the travel softball life. When they’re not at the ballfield, the two love trying new restaurants — preferably somewhere a little boujee, because Payton definitely has expensive taste. Their favorite hobbies include shopping, girls’ days, and honestly, just about anything that involves spending money. Sarah is a huge Cleveland sports fan and loves everything the city has to offer, from fine dining to lake days and game nights. As one of five siblings, she grew up with built-in best friends, which explains her love for chaos, laughter, and always being surrounded by family and friends. 

Jess is the friendly face that welcomes you to Lucy’s Laser & Med Spa as our Office Coordinator. With nearly a decade of customer service experience and a strong background in dermatology and aesthetics, she ensures every client’s visit is seamless, comfortable, and positive from start to finish. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to exceptional service make her an essential part of the patient experience. 

In addition to her role at the front of the office, Jess is a Licensed Esthetician and certified ZO Skin Health Expert with a true passion for helping clients feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin. Known for her approachable energy and results-driven mindset, she combines advanced skincare knowledge with a personalized touch—ensuring every treatment is thoughtfully tailored, effective, and leaves you feeling your absolute best. 

With a strong foundation in advanced skincare and a dedication to continuous education, Jess prioritizes staying informed on the latest trends and innovations in skincare. She believes skincare is never one-size-fits-all and takes pride in creating customized experiences that deliver real, lasting results. 

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find Jess spending quality time with family and friends, dancing at concerts, staying active with a great workout, relaxing in the sauna, or unwinding with her favorite reality TV binge. 

Abigail is the Marketing Coordinator at Lucy’s Laser & MedSpa, where she focuses on branding, content creation, and enhancing the overall client experience. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management through University of Phoenix and also holds her real estate license, giving her a strong foundation in marketing and client relations. 

With an early introduction to the beauty industry through her aunt, an esthetician, Abigail has always had an interest in skincare. Since joining Lucy’s, she has enjoyed learning more about the medspa space and gaining a deeper understanding of treatments, products, and the client experience. 

In her role, Abigail helps shape the brand’s presence through social media while also connecting with clients in a genuine, approachable way. She values creating an environment that feels welcoming and uplifting—something she believes truly sets Lucy’s apart. 

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being with her dogs, and traveling when she can. She loves being near the water (especially the beach), is a big hockey fan, and enjoys trying new restaurants and cooking at home. 

Medical Director

Dr. Jason Wright is a seasoned medical professional with a comprehensive background in General Surgery and a specialized focus on Cosmetic Surgery. His journey began with training in General Surgery in Detroit, Michigan, and further flourished as he pursued a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since 2015, Dr. Wright has been at the helm of his private cosmetic surgery practice in Washington State, where he leads a team that performs a range of full body cosmetic surgery procedures and runs a thriving med spa.

With a strong foundation in aesthetics, Dr. Wright's expertise spans various dimensions of aesthetic medicine. His aesthetics training commenced during his fellowship in Salt Lake City, where he acquired proficiency in performing diverse aesthetic procedures, including fillers, neuromodulators, lasers, and surgery. Driven by a commitment to staying at the forefront of the field, he has actively participated in numerous group and private training sessions for neuromodulators and fillers. Additionally, his practice plays a pivotal role in knowledge dissemination by hosting private and group training sessions to ensure the team stays abreast of general knowledge and the latest techniques.

Dr. Wright's influence extends beyond his private practice, as he has been instrumental in helping two clinics establish successful foundations. His wealth of experience and dedication to advancing aesthetic medicine makes him a valuable collaborator and leader in the field. As he continues to shape the landscape of cosmetic and aesthetic surgery, Dr. Jason Wright stands as a respected figure in the medical community.
